Uni-Pak returnable box is our patent products.The cap and tray are made of high density compound resin which are aslo of dual layers to reinforce the anti-compression strength.
The sleeve are made by AAA flute 7 layers corrugated board. It's strength conform to PPP-B-640d, Railway directive Rule 41, Trailer directive Item 222 of the NMFC in US. There are eight automatic bolts in both cap and tray which can combine the sleeves with
cap and tray,no need straps.
